We only consider a product to be returned or exchanged, if:
- Its packaging or seal is not broken, damaged, altered or used and that all labels and tags are attached/intact.
- It got defected during the delivery process.
- A completely different product was delivered; a wrong order was dispatched over to you.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

Yes, a return is possible at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return for a partial quantity. -
When are refunds provided?
Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or cannot provide replacement due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse. -
I have requested for replacement when will I get it?
Replacement would be sent to customers when the products that need to be replaced.The replacement of parcels would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
